Treason in Connecticut

This is just treason on a state level that Obummer is trying on a National Level.

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed"


Does any other Amendment of the original 10 contain the words "Shall Not Be Infringed".  These words indicate the importance of this Amendment the only question by those that are incapable of intellectual thought would be who this Amendment applies to.

This Constitutionally Guaranteed Right, Shall Not Be Infringed.  And yet this arse in Connecticut and Obummer are attempting to trash this Constitutionally Guaranteed right by using non elected bureaucrats that are not answerable to anyone other than other bureaucrats.  Because of the War on Drugs and the War on Terror much of the Constitution has been trashed and is now invalid.

We are supposed to be secure in our persons and papers and yet with a National Security Letter not only can the Government get access with a minimum of judicial review all of our information from any source but whoever they are getting that information from cannot inform us that they have received the National Security Letter so it cannot be challenged.

Our property and money can be taken without judicial review based upon nothing more than an officer suspecting that that money and or property was purchased with drug profits, without any evidence to support such a claim.  And now this arse and Obummer want the right to deny American Citizens their Constitutionally Guaranteed Right to keep and bear arms a right that "shall not be infringed" based upon nothing more then a list compiled by bureaucrats.

The No Fly List and the Terrorist Watch List have no requirements to be accurate.  You are not informed that you are on these lists until you attempt to fly somewhere.  You cannot challenge your being on these lists but this arse and Obummer wish to deny you a Constitutionally Guaranteed Right a right that shall not be infringed simply because your name is on these lists.

The denial of a Constitutionally Guaranteed Right without a criminal conviction, without judicial review without a judges determination that such an action is justified.  Is an act of treason, both of these arses swore oaths of offices.  To honor and protect the Constitution of the United States of America and both are violating their oaths by advocating actions that deny Constitutionally Guaranteed Rights to American Citizens without due process.

These are just additional actions that render the Constitution even more invalidated than it already is.  

Gun Ownership linked to the No Fly List

While the anti gunners do their best to discredit the belief that the 2nd Amendment protects the individual Constitutional Guaranteed Right to Keep and Bear Arms.  This is my argument showing that the 2nd Amendment is a dual purpose Amendment it protects the States Right to a Regulated State Militia, and the right of the individual Unregulated Militia members which is everyone over the age of 17.

So there is no doubt that the individual Unregulated Militia Members have the Constitutionally Guaranteed right to Keep and Bear Arms.  Tying Gun Ownership to the no fly list which has names of people who have not been convicted of any crime, who did not have a judge determine that there was reasonable grounds to deny them the freedom to fly.  Who do not have the right to challenge the justification of having their names on the no fly list.

What President Barrack Hussein Obummer is suggesting is the denial of a Constitutionally Guaranteed right to American Citizens for no legally established reason.  All it takes to deny an American Citizen their 2nd Amendment Constitutionally Guaranteed right to keep and bear arms a right that "shall not be infringed" upon.  Is for a bureaucrat to input your name into the list, no evidence is needed, no judge will say yes or no as to whether it is justified.  There is no way to challenge your being put on the list.

And President Barack Husein Obummer is advocating that an American Citizen will lose a Constitutionally Guaranteed Right for no reason other than a bureaucrat types their name into a government data base and that they do not have the right to challenge the reasoning for having their names put onto the no fly list.

The Syrian False Flag Events

I am tired of President Putin and Russia being made to look like the bad guys in this.  The United Police States of America and Turkey allow our paid mercenaries to camp on the Syrian/Turkey border.  We give them TOW anti tank missiles to counter the Syrian Armies Armored Attacks, and the Israeli's and the Turkish Air forces have been shooting down Syrian aircraft going after these foreign mercenary fighters.

These Syrian Fighter/Bombers were not violating Turkish or Israeli airspace, they were attacking Foreign Paid Mercenaries operating on Syrian's Sovereign soil, under the protection of the Turkish and Israeli Military.  Not only did the Turkish air force shoot down a Russian attack aircraft that was over Syrian Sovereign Territory, but the American Paid Mercenaries machine gunned the parachuting pilots killing one.

The Russians need to quit playing these games.  They need to bring in heavy Rocket artillery and standard artillery units and begin grid firing until everything on Syrian territory is leveled and dead clear to the Turkish border and anything bigger then a humming bird coming into Syrian airspace needs to be blown out of the sky.  NATO cannot claim defense if they are being destroyed over Syrian territory.

And Russia and China being permanent members of the Security Council need to bring the United Police States of America and Turkey's and Israel's war crimes up to the full UN even if nothing can be done about it.  Russia owes their dead pilot at least that much.  Being machined gunned while on a parachute should be responded to. 

The program of the United Police States of America to destabilize all parts of the world that do not kiss its butt needs to be challenged if not stopped.

Trident Missile Launch. Some Questions to ask.

From the dirt field where I sleep in my car at night I had a perfect view of the flight path from about 20 seconds after ignition.  What I watched was not a Sub Launched IRBM (Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile).  I have visually seen a ICBM (Intercontinental Ballistic Missile) in flight to include booster separation, I have seen a Cruise Missile in flight a couple hundred feet off the ground along the Florida Coast.  All of these things have distinctive exhausts and flight paths.

A Sub Launched IRBM climbs, it climbs on an angle going to its initial course setting, ICBM's launched from land do the same thing just on a much larger scale.  Since both have solid rocket boosters they put out massive amounts of white or grey white exhaust until the individual stages burn out and the next stage takes over.  Which means you can follow that exhaust trail all the way back to the launch platform.

Like I said, I watched the flight from about 20 seconds after ignition.  There was no exhaust trail prior to the blue and white exhaust cloud that was big enough to be seen for miles.  It has been suggested that the blue and white cloud was generated by the first stage separation of the missile.  If that were true there should have been a exhaust trail leading up to that point but there was not.  The blue and white exhaust plume simply started and grew as the vehicle moved on, the blue part of the blue exhaust did not expand but stayed in the core of the white exhaust which expanded quickly reaching all the way to ground level before dissipating with the blue exhaust core dissipating shortly after.

Something I need to mention is that whatever this vehicle was it was traveling on a flat and level path moving inland in a NE direction paralleling the I-15 and I-215,  A Ballistic Missile whether land launched or Sub launched do not fly flat and level paths their solid rocket boosters are designed for one purpose and that is to put a payload into low earth orbit for reentry.  You do not fly things like these in level horizontal flight.

Now when the main exhaust cloud stopped the vehicle kept going but it veered more to the north than east paralleling the San Bernardino Mountains with a slight exhaust trail behind it as it moved north the exhaust trail went nearly vertical and was lost to sight.

Nothing I saw indicated in anyway a Ballistic Missile in flight, what it did remind me of was a in flight launch of a Ram Jet or Scram Jet hyper sonic vehicle.  I wish I had looked for a B52 which is the primary launch platform for such vehicles.  These Hyper sonic vehicles are carried under the wings of B52 bombers at high altitude.  When dropped they have a solid rocket booster that propells it to Mach speeds which are needed before the Ram Jet or Scram Jets to even start.

The solid rocket booster would account for the fireworks display seen last night, a in flight launch would account for why it was in level horizontal flight for most of the flight time before going vertical.  And a Ram or Scram jet kicking in easily explains the hard vertical climb.  The CIA has reported that their test vehicle has reached Mach 15 easily and should be capable of up to Mach 30.  Such vehicles are called Kinetic Energy Kill Weapons.  Good for intercepting airborne threats and ground targets even when heavily reinforced.

I do not know for sure what was in the air last night.  But I do know for a fact that it was not a Sub Launched Ballistic Missile.  

Changing the Pledge of Allegiance.

I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Everyone knows that the "under god" was added during the cold war, when it should not have been.  But that does not even bother me as much as having the pledging to the flag.  The flag is simply an Icon an object that does nothing other than exist.  Every elected person, military and appointed person swears an oath that includes the Constitution and the protection of, and adherence to the Constitution.

This is a pledge that I think would satisfy most people.

I pledge allegiance to the Constitution of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under Law, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Unlike the Flag which does not protect our freedoms, does not unify us, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights are the very foundation of our Rights, Protections and Freedoms.  I cannot see where anyone would have a problem with swearing allegiance to the Constitution of the United States of America.

Of course religious zealots will scream about getting rid of the "under god" but what the heck it should never have been put into the pledge in the first place.  And we are a nation of laws so replacing "under god" with "under law" seems reasonable enough to me.

Well just my opinion, though I must admit it is a good one. 

Homeless Outreach

  Anyone who has read my posts know that I have little love for the government, but I was surprised at the effort by the VA and other agencies to get homeless vet's off the streets.  When I and the homeless guy I hang with got back from collecting cans and bottles we found two Sheriffs SUV's with 8 or so people in them parked next to his car.  And when I pulled up and parked we expected to be rousted and harassed for being parked in a field for a number of months.

  But surprisingly the massive officers that approached us said they were part of the sheriffs homeless outreach program.  They told us about the VA's homeless outreach program which I already knew about and ignored, but they gave the other homeless guy the contact information he needed.    Apparently there is a major push by the Obummer administration to get homeless vet's off the streets and help the non vet homeless.

  The one talking to me was surprised that I was not really interested, I have Obummers food card, an Obummers phone and the back of my car is not to uncomfortable.  And I have no problems with eating food cold and straight out of the can.  The only real problem I have had being homeless since last November is the National Forests.  Apparently the Department of Agriculture and the Forest Department have adopted the policy of harassing anyone who is camping for the legal limit of 14 days, and have recently past the policy of no more then 30 days in a calendar year.

  Apparently the Department of Agriculture and the Forest Department did not get Obummer's memo about not making the lives of the homeless/vets even more miserable then they already are.  And the reasons given by the rangers justifying the harassment was so obviously nonsensical that I had to request information directly from the Department of Agriculture and Forest Department which has not been responded to yet.

  And for anyone who might question my use of "Obummer" when I a food card and phone because of his policies, these things are given out like candy to keep people quiet and to allow the NSA and the Government the ability to track the locations and use of the people using these things.  For me it simply does not matter anymore.  If someone wants to track what I am eating or what dirt field I am parked in be my guest.

You know it is a sad day when

The Republican and Democratic parties are so messed up and distrusted that Trump is looking better and better as being our next president.  If I can overcome my disgust over this whole mess, and if we have not become a dictatorship before the next election I will vote for Trump.
